Unrest in Steelhead Continues

Alert (some say "nosey") reporter Miss Xephronia Warbaum (see newly discovered photo below) added another sensational piece to her ongoing coverage of shenanigans and goings-on in Steelhead City. This time: arson!

Fortunately, no real damage was done due to quick-thinking passers-by, but news is news!
